After our pickup confirmation, you can visit Planzer during opening hours. There you can pick up the pergola quickly and easily. When you arrive at the main entrance, you will notice a warehouse door where you can report in.

Duration

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products.

Implementation

In the event of a warranty claim, we handle all services. We carry these out ourselves to ensure that you, as a customer, receive the best possible support. In addition, we keep all required spare parts in stock. This allows us to ensure fast and smooth processing of your warranty case at any time.
