Do I need to register to configure?
No. You can complete the entire configuration without registering. We only ask for contact details when placing an order or requesting a quote by email.
Are the prices in the configurator binding?
Yes. The displayed price is the Final price including VAT, delivery, and installation (If you have selected installation). No surprises at the end, no separate charges.
What if I need custom sizes or special colors?
Everything selectable directly in the configurator. Various colors, custom dimensions, special configurations — you don’t need to contact us separately. Custom size delivery time: 12–14 weeks, standard sizes: 2–3 business days.
How long does the delivery take?
Standard models: 2–3 business days From stock in Spreitenbach to all of Switzerland. Custom sizes: 12–14 weeks Production. Delivery date is clearly displayed in the configurator.
Can I still make changes after the configuration?
Yes, even after ordering. You can make changes up until production approval — color, dimensions, options, delivery date. Just let us know briefly.
Who installs the pergola?
On request, our own installation team plus certified partners — we coordinate throughout Switzerland. You can also assemble it yourself — the instructions are available as PDF and video from us.
