The SkyShade is made from powder-coated aluminium and easily withstands wind, rain and sun. The premium fabrics are UV-resistant, colourfast and water-repellent. Ideal for year-round outdoor use.

Delivery

After receipt of the down payment, we usually deliver your awning within 2–3 business days. Delivery is carried out by a freight carrier with a liftgate to the curbside. The driver will call you about 30 minutes before arrival.

The SkyShade is a motorized premium awning with integrated LED lighting and a weather-resistant high-tech fabric. It provides optimal sun protection, can be conveniently controlled by remote control or app, and, thanks to its modern cassette, ensures an elegant appearance on any façade.

Our SkyShade awning is available in several versions – with or without LED lighting, in various fabric colours, and with an optional wind and sun sensor. All variants are based on the same high-quality aluminium cassette and the durable, water-repellent premium fabric.

Yes, the SkyShade comes as standard with warm white, dimmable LED strips. They are elegantly integrated into the cassette and create a pleasant ambience in the evening – perfect for long summer evenings on the terrace.

Delivery times

If the pergola you want is in stock, delivery is usually within 2–3 business days. You can find current availability directly on the relevant product page under the price.

In general, all standard pergolas as well as the matching accessories are available from stock. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us via live chat, by phone, or by email — we’ll help you right away.

For custom-made pergolas, the current delivery time is approx. 3 to 3.5 months, as they are produced individually to your specifications.

Your pergola will be delivered reliably by our logistics partner Planzer. You will be contacted by phone in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. In addition, the driver will get in touch about 1–2 hours before arrival so you can prepare for the delivery.

The pergola is delivered on a pallet in several packages. Each package weighs approx. 45–55 kg. Please make sure you are on site at the agreed time and can assist the driver with unloading. A tail lift is usually available; however, a helping hand is required to place the goods on your property.

Payment Methods

With us, you can conveniently pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, and all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In Switzerland, we also offer the option to pay for your purchase by invoice or in up to ten flexible monthly instalments via PowerPay. This way, you can pay for your dream pergola easily and securely – whichever way suits you best.

Yes, payment after receipt of the goods is possible – in Switzerland we offer this via PowerPay as purchase on invoice or instalment payment in up to 10 monthly instalments. Please note that PowerPay assigns individual credit limits, which can typically be around CHF 4,000 to 5,000. This limit is set directly by PowerPay, and we have no influence over it.

Technical specifications

The awning is made of a powder-coated aluminium cassette, stainless steel components, and a high-quality acrylic or polyester fabric. The material is UV-resistant, tear-resistant, and reliably protects against sun and light rain.

The SkyShade is approved up to wind class 2 (approx. 38 km/h). For windier locations, we recommend integrating an automatic wind sensor that retracts the awning automatically when winds are too strong.

The fabric has a water-repellent coating and provides reliable protection in the rain. In heavy rain or wind, the awning should be retracted to protect the material.

Yes, the SkyShade has an integrated water drainage system in the front beam. Rainwater is channelled to the sides in a controlled way, so no drops land on the patio or furniture.

Design and sustainability

The awnings are available in several modern colours (including anthracite, white, black).

Thanks to high-quality materials and precise workmanship, the SkyShade is designed for many years of use. The fabric retains its colour, and the frame is corrosion-resistant – even in strong sunlight or rain.

Installation

The SkyShade can be mounted on a wall, on the ceiling, or underneath a balcony. All brackets are included in the scope of delivery. Installation instructions are included; alternatively, you can book our installation service.

Yes, people with practical DIY experience can install the awning themselves.

1–4 hours, depending on your DIY skills and the number of people involved. So far, all of our customers have managed the installation without any issues, and our customer service team is available at any time if you have questions.

In most cases, no. However, for rental properties or listed buildings, it is advisable to briefly check with the property management company or the local municipality.
