3. Carry out installation

Now you can start the installation.
The package includes printed instructions. Alternatively, you can download them online at any time.

As a rule, you will need one day with three people for the complete assembly.

After ordering: Clarify the project & define the building permit application

Immediately after you place your order in the shop or your quotation is
confirmed, the project begins.

Our project management team will contact you by email to clarify the
following points:

• Building permit:
  You decide whether you submit it yourself or we handle it for CHF 1’000.–
  (incl. 100% building-permit guarantee).
• Standard pergola
  or custom-made: This determines the next steps.

Benefit for you: You’ll be actively supported, all
documents are prepared, and the project starts without delay.

Note: For standard pergolas, you can download the installation plan
directly (button below this step) and start preparing the site right away.

3. Book an appointment date

As soon as your foundations are finished and the pergola
is ready for delivery, you will automatically receive an email with our online calendar.

There, you can easily book your installation appointment yourself at any time.

Your task: Make sure the area is prepared according to the
installation plan.

Our task: Appointment scheduling & coordination.

Benefit: No back-and-forth, complete flexibility when
choosing an appointment.

5. Introduction & Handover

After installation, you’ll receive a brief introduction.
We check all functions and hand over the pergola fully installed and
ready for operation.

Your task: Electrical connection (by yourself or
by an electrician).

Our task: Neat installation, final inspection, and handover.

Benefit: Full warranty, maximum safety, and a
professional final result.
