Hospitality pergola (B2B)
Pergolas for restaurants, hotels, cafés.
We’ve been building hospitality pergolas since 2020 — from a 4x4 single-terrace setup to a 10x6 double-module system. With commercial warranties, tax-deductible depreciation options, and structurally certified for commercial use.
Commercial ≠ Private
Commercial pergolas have different requirements.
Building permit zone (usually a commercial zone), fire protection regulations, more people under the pergola, different warranties, different depreciation rules.
Building permit application in a commercial zone
Commercial buildings often have stricter requirements. Fire protection, emergency exits, sightlines—we know the cantonal regulations.
Higher requirements for sustained loads
Commercial pergolas support people, patio heaters, projectors, and LED string lights. Structural calculations with safety margins.
Brand integration
The pergola color must match the company’s corporate identity. Custom colors, logo installation, illuminated branding elements—anything is possible.
We’re familiar with this and have established B2B processes for it.
