Higher structural requirements

At 4 x 6 m and a snow load of 120 kg/m², the posts operate under 2+ tonnes of load. Without tested foundations, nothing works.

Transport and logistics

The louvers are up to 4 m long. Travel, intermediate material storage, installation logistics — that all needs to be carefully planned.

Building permit application more complex

Large, visible pergolas often end up before the building commission. This extends the permit approval time to 8–12 weeks.
