  • Budget range still on schedule At the end of the 30 minutes, you’ll have a +/- 20% price range. Clarity for the next decisions.
  • Building permit assessment We look at the neighbour situation, floor plan dimensions and canton — and tell you how realistic it is to submit a building application in the near term.
