We deliver free of charge with Planzer Logistics to the curbside.

After receiving our pickup confirmation, you can stop by Planzer during business hours and collect the pergola. When you arrive at the main entrance, you will notice a warehouse door where you can check in.

We provide a 2-year warranty on our products.

Implementation

In the event of a warranty claim, we take care of everything. We carry out all work ourselves to ensure you receive the best possible support as a customer. In addition, we keep all required spare parts in stock. This allows us to ensure fast and seamless handling of your warranty case at any time.
