After our pickup confirmation, you can drop by Planzer during opening hours and pick up the pergola. When you arrive at the main entrance, you will notice a warehouse door where you can check in.

We provide a 2-year warranty on all our products.

In the event of a warranty claim, we take care of all services. We carry these out ourselves to ensure that you, as a customer, receive the best possible support. In addition, we keep all required spare parts in stock. This allows us to guarantee fast and smooth handling of your warranty case at any time.
