Efficient drainage system

Despite the manual roof, the SkyLite ECO features an effective water drainage system. Rainwater is channelled in a controlled manner by the angled louvers into the side gutters and then drained through the posts – with no visible drip marks.

No power connection required

The SkyLite ECO works without an electrical connection. Operation is completely manual, so no cabling or power supply is required – ideal for straightforward installations.

No app control

With the SkyLite ECO, simplicity takes centre stage. Operation is completely mechanical; there is no app or voice control integrated – for maximum robustness and independence.

Accessory compatibility

Even with the ECO series, the pergola can be extended with side walls and glass or louver modules.

The louvered roof is opened and closed manually using a hand crank.

The integrated LED lighting can be conveniently controlled via the SkyPergola remote control.

After receipt of the deposit, we typically deliver your pergola within 2–3 business days. Delivery is carried out by a freight carrier with a tail lift to the curbside. The driver will call you about 30 minutes before arrival.

If the desired pergola is in stock, delivery usually takes place within 2–3 business days. You can find the current availability directly on the respective product page below the price.

In principle, all standard pergolas as well as the matching accessories are available from stock. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us via live chat, by phone, or by email – we will help you immediately.

For custom-made pergolas, the current delivery time is approx. 3 to 3.5 months, as these are produced individually according to your specifications.

Delivery of your pergola is handled reliably by our logistics partner Planzer. You will be contacted by phone in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. In addition, the driver will get in touch about 1–2 hours before arrival so you can prepare for the delivery.

The pergola is delivered on a pallet in several packages. Each package weighs approx. 45–55 kg. Please make sure you are on site at the agreed time and can assist the driver with unloading. A liftgate is usually available; however, an extra pair of hands is required to place the goods on your property.

With Sky Pergola side blinds, louvered walls, or glass walls, the sides can be flexibly enclosed and the wind effectively reduced – for even more comfort in any weather.

Depending on the model, our Sky Pergola models are designed for snow loads between 50 kg/m² and 150 kg/m². In Alpine regions or during heavy snowfall, we recommend keeping the louvers open so that the snow can fall through freely and no excessive load builds up on the roof.

Our Sky Pergola models are engineered to be particularly robust and, depending on the model, withstand wind speeds of up to 220 km/h. This provides maximum stability and safety even in extreme weather conditions.

Yes—when the louvre roof is fully closed, the interior remains reliably dry. The water is channelled specifically via the louvres into the integrated gutter system and from there directed downwards in a controlled way through the posts. This way, you can enjoy maximum comfort under your Sky Pergola even in the rain.

The standard height of the Sky Pergola is 250 cm. When the louvers are open, an additional approx. 8 cm is added, so the total height in the open position is approx. 258 cm.

No, the Sky Pergola is essentially a maintenance-free product. However, to maximize the service life of all moving parts, we still recommend lightly lubricating them in spring before commissioning, depending on usage.

The standard colour for our pergolas is Anthracite (RAL 7016); this option is generally available ex stock for immediate delivery.

White (RAL 9016) is also available, but with the corresponding lead time.

For made-to-measure pergolas, all RAL colours are available on request, for a colour surcharge of CHF 1'500.

Yes, we offer a 10-year guarantee on the availability of spare parts. However, with our high-quality Sky Pergola models, it is very unlikely that any spare parts will be needed at all. The construction is robust and designed for a long service life. If a spare part is needed after all, our customer service team is always available to assist you.

Our Sky Pergola models are made from rust-proof, powder-coated aluminium. This high-quality material is completely weather-resistant and requires very little maintenance. Unlike steel or wooden constructions, the material can neither rust nor weather. The pergola is designed for long-term use of over 30 years.

We offer a professional shortening of the pergola posts on standard models through our local metalworker. The price for this service is CHF 2000.

If longer posts are required, they must be ordered separately.

Please note that only pergolas and side roller blinds can be shortened in this way. Side elements such as louvre walls or glass walls cannot be adjusted.

Our trained Sky Pergola installation team has already professionally installed over 1,200 pergolas in Switzerland. We are happy to offer this service throughout Switzerland and take care of the complete installation for you.

Self-installation is still easily possible – our pergolas are intentionally designed so that assembly can also be done by you. Many of our customers choose self-installation and save considerable costs, as professional installations in Switzerland can quickly become expensive. If you have any questions, we are of course happy to support you at any time.

5–6 hours, depending on DIY skills and the number of people involved. So far, all of our customers have managed the assembly without any issues, and our customer service team is always available if you have any questions.

To achieve the maximum wind load, we recommend installing reinforced point foundations with dimensions of 50x50x50 cm (length x width x depth). The pergola can then be secured to the foundations.

Alternatively, the Sky Pergolas can also be screwed directly into terrace surfaces such as stone slabs or wooden decking. In that case, however, the maximum wind load is lower, depending on the design and dimensions of your terrace surface.

In Switzerland, whether a building permit application is required depends on the municipality in question. Regulations are handled differently, which is why we recommend always checking directly with the municipal administration.

For smaller pergola sizes, many municipalities do not require a building permit application. For larger pergolas, a simplified building permit application is usually required, which typically includes the signatures of the immediate neighbours.

If you wish, we will be happy to take care of this step for you – our team will submit the fully prepared application to your municipality. The cost for this service is CHF 1000.

No, a slope on the terrace is generally not required to ensure the pergola’s water drainage. Our Sky pergolas feature an integrated drainage system in which water is guided in a controlled way over the louvers into the internal gutters and then down through the posts.

For pergolas without side elements such as glass walls or louvered walls, a slight slope of up to 1% in the floor is not an issue.

However, if side walls are to be installed, it is important that the base is perfectly level so that the walls close properly and can move smoothly. A sloped floor can lead to malfunctions here.

Sky Pergola side blinds are height-adjustable sun-shading and privacy solutions that also provide protection against light wind and rain. They are available in both manual and motorized versions and feature an integrated zip guide that secures the fabric at the sides and ensures stable, taut guidance – even in windy conditions.

The ZIP function ensures that the fabric is held firmly in the side guide rails of the pergola posts, like a zipper. This technology offers a clear advantage especially in windy conditions, as the blind remains stable and does not slip out of the guides. Ideal for terraces that are regularly exposed to wind.

Yes, you can retrofit one or more Sky Pergola side screens at any time. Retrofitting is possible on all sides, even later on.

For custom-made pergolas, however, we recommend planning the side screens in from the outset when placing your order, as ordering them later involves a delivery time of 3 to 4 months.

Sky Pergola blinds with ZIP function are suitable for slightly stronger winds. However, in strong winds we always recommend fully retracting the screens to avoid damage.

You can add a range of practical accessories to your Sky Pergola to further enhance comfort and functionality. These include fixed or sliding louvre walls as side privacy and wind protection, elegant glass walls for transparent weather protection, as well as side blinds that can be operated manually or motorised, depending on your preference. For comfortable temperatures even on cooler days, infrared heaters can be installed, while fans provide better air circulation on hot summer days. In addition, a rain sensor can be integrated to automatically close the louvres when rain starts. This turns your Sky Pergola into an outdoor retreat you can use all year round.
