Cancellation before payment and/or dispatch

Cancellation within 24 hours of ordering (free of charge)
If you have ordered accessories or pergolas from Sky Pergola and would like to cancel your order afterwards, you may cancel the purchase free of charge within 24 hours of ordering, without giving any reason, provided the order has not yet been dispatched or put into production.

The cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to Sky Pergola.

Cancellation after 24 hours before dispatch (pergolas)

After 24 hours have elapsed from ordering a pergola (online or by phone), cancellation of the contract is only possible under the following condition:

A processing fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged
(minimum €1,000, maximum €3,000).

The cancellation must be communicated in writing by email to Sky Pergola.

This policy applies as long as the goods have not yet been delivered.

Item has been delivered and/or paid for

By making your payment, you confirm your order as binding. From this point onwards, the following return policy applies.

Returns of pergolas and accessories

Pergolas and accessories from Sky Pergola may be returned within 14 days of receiving the goods under the following conditions:

• The goods must be new, unused, and complete
• The return must be made in the original and undamaged original packaging
• There must be no signs of installation, use, or weathering

Return shipment and costs

The return shipment is entirely at the customer’s expense and responsibility (including packaging, transport, shipping, or freight).

After dispatch, the track & trace code must be sent by email to Sky Pergola.

Refund

After successful inspection and receipt of the goods in perfect condition, the full purchase price (100%) will be refunded.
A restocking fee will not be charged.

Goods damaged in transit

If the goods arrive damaged during transport, please inform Sky Pergola in writing by email within 48 hours of receipt and attach clear photos of the damage.

Sky Pergola will review the damage promptly and propose a suitable solution.

These cancellation and return policies apply exclusively to products of the Sky Pergola brand.

Different conditions may apply to other products or ranges.
