Innovative water drainage system

Rainwater is guided in a controlled way via the louvres into the perimeter gutters and discreetly drained through the posts. No drip edges, no water pooling – a clean, well-engineered system for maximum comfort in the rain.

Electrical connection & power requirements

The connection is made via a standard 230V line. All components are protected to the IP65 standard and are therefore suitable for year-round outdoor use. Power consumption is around 150–200 watts during operation, depending on use.

Smart home compatibility

All functions can be conveniently controlled via app or voice control. Supported platforms include Tuya, Smart Life, Google Assistant, Amazon Alexa and Apple Home. Lighting, louvre position, brightness and timers can be individually programmed.

Accessory compatibility

The SkyInfinity Lite can be expanded flexibly: with motorised blinds, side glass or louvre walls, patio heaters and weather sensors. All add-ons can be conveniently controlled via app.

All functions – louvers, lighting, screens – can be conveniently controlled via remote control or app. Timer control and scene presets are also available.

After receipt of the deposit, we generally deliver your pergola within 2–3 business days. Delivery is carried out by a freight carrier with a tail lift to the curbside. The driver will contact you by phone around 30 minutes before arrival.

If the desired pergola is in stock, delivery usually takes place within 2–3 business days. You can find the current availability directly on the respective product page below the price.

In principle, all standard pergolas as well as the matching accessories are available from stock. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us via live chat, by phone, or by email – we’ll help you right away.

For custom-made pergolas, the current delivery time is approx. 3 to 3.5 months, as these are produced individually according to your specifications.

Your pergola will be delivered reliably by our logistics partner Planzer. You will be contacted by phone in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. In addition, the driver will get in touch around 1–2 hours before arrival so you can prepare for the delivery.

The pergola will be delivered on a pallet in several packages. Each package weighs approx. 45–55 kg. Please make sure you are on site at the agreed time and can assist the driver with unloading. A liftgate is usually available; however, a helping hand is required to place the goods on your property.

With us, you can conveniently pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay, TWINT, as well as all common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In Switzerland, we also offer the option to pay your purchase by invoice or in up to ten flexible monthly instalments via PowerPay. Yes, payment after receipt of the goods is possible – in Switzerland we offer this via PowerPay as purchase on invoice or instalment payment in up to 10 monthly instalments. With Sky Pergola side screens, louvered walls or glass walls, the sides can be closed flexibly and wind can be effectively reduced – for even greater comfort in any weather.

Our Sky Pergola models are designed, depending on the model, for snow loads between 50 kg/m² and 150 kg/m². In alpine regions or in the event of heavy snowfall, we recommend leaving the louvers open so that the snow can fall through unobstructed and no excessive load builds up on the roof.

Our Sky Pergola models are engineered to be particularly robust and, depending on the model, can withstand wind speeds of up to 220 km/h. This ensures maximum stability and safety even in extreme weather conditions.

Yes—when the louvered roof is fully closed, the interior remains reliably dry. Water is directed via the louvers into the integrated gutter system and from there channelled down in a controlled manner through the columns. This way, you can enjoy maximum comfort under your Sky Pergola even in the rain.

The standard height of the Sky Pergola is 250 cm. When the slats are open, an additional approx. 8 cm is added, bringing the total height in the open position to approx. 258 cm.

No, the Sky Pergola is essentially a maintenance-free product. However, to maximize the service life of all moving parts, we recommend lightly lubricating them in spring before first use, depending on how often it is used.

The standard colour for our pergolas is anthracite (RAL 7016); this option is usually available for immediate delivery from stock.

White (RAL 9016) is also available, but with the corresponding lead time.

For made-to-measure pergolas, all RAL colours are available on request for a colour surcharge of CHF 1'500.

Yes, we offer a 10-year guarantee on the availability of spare parts. However, with our high-quality Sky Pergola models, it is very unlikely that spare parts will be needed at all. The construction is robust and designed for a long service life. If a spare part is ever needed, our customer service team is available to assist you at any time.

Our Sky Pergola models are made from corrosion-resistant, powder-coated aluminium. This premium material is fully weatherproof and requires very little maintenance. Unlike steel or wooden constructions, the material can neither rust nor weather. The pergola is designed for long-lasting use of over 30 years.

We offer professional shortening of the pergola columns for standard models through our local metalworker. The price for this service is CHF 500.

If longer posts are required, they must be ordered separately.

Please note that only pergolas and side roller blinds can be shortened in this way. Side elements such as louvre walls or glass walls cannot be adjusted.

Our trained Sky Pergola installation team has already professionally installed more than 1'200 pergolas across Switzerland. We are happy to offer this service nationwide and take care of the complete installation for you.

Self-installation is still easily possible – our pergolas are deliberately designed so that the assembly can also be done by yourself. Many of our customers choose self-installation and save considerable costs as a result, since professional installations in Switzerland can quickly become expensive. If you have any questions, we will of course support you at any time.

5–6 hours, depending on DIY skills and the number of people involved. So far, all of our customers have managed the installation without any issues, and our customer service team is always available if you have any questions.

To achieve the maximum wind load, we recommend installing reinforced pad foundations with dimensions of 50x50x50 cm (length x width x depth). The pergola can then be secured into the foundations.

Alternatively, the Sky Pergolas can also be screwed directly into patio surfaces such as stone slabs or wooden decking boards. However, the maximum wind load is then lower, depending on the structural design of your patio surface.

Whether a building permit is required in Switzerland depends on the respective municipality. Regulations are applied differently, which is why we recommend always checking directly with the municipal administration.

For smaller pergola sizes, many municipalities do not require a building permit. For larger pergolas, a simplified permit application is generally required, usually including the signatures of the immediate neighbours.

If you wish, we will be happy to take care of this step for you – our team will submit the fully prepared permit application to your municipality. The cost for this service is CHF 500.

No, a slope on the terrace is generally not required to ensure the pergola’s water drainage. Our Sky pergolas feature an integrated drainage system in which water is guided in a controlled manner via the louvers into the internal gutters and then down through the posts.

For pergolas without side elements such as glass walls or louvered walls, a slight floor slope of up to 1% is not an issue.

However, if side walls are to be installed, it is important that the subfloor is perfectly level so the walls close properly and can move smoothly. A sloping floor can lead to malfunctions here.

Sky Pergola side blinds are height-adjustable sun and privacy protection solutions that also provide additional protection from light wind and rain. They are available in both manual and motorized versions and feature an integrated zip guide that secures the fabric along the sides and ensures stable, taut guidance – even in windy conditions.

The ZIP function ensures that the fabric is securely tensioned in the side guide rails of the pergola posts, like a zipper. Especially in windy conditions, this technology offers a clear advantage, as the roller blind remains stable and does not come out of the guides. Ideal for terraces that are regularly exposed to wind.

Yes, you can retrofit one or more Sky Pergola side blinds at any time. Retrofitting is possible on all sides, even at a later date.

For custom-made pergolas, however, we recommend planning the side blinds directly as part of your order, as ordering them later involves a delivery time of 3 to 4 months.

Sky Pergola roller blinds with ZIP function are suitable for somewhat stronger winds. However, in strong winds we always recommend fully retracting the screens to avoid damage.

You can add a range of practical accessories to your Sky Pergola to further enhance comfort and functionality. These include fixed or sliding louvre walls for side privacy and wind protection, elegant glass walls for transparent weather protection, as well as side blinds that can be operated manually or by motor, depending on your preference. For pleasant temperatures even on cooler days, infrared heaters can be installed, while fans provide improved air circulation on hot summer days.
